Referring to Italy B2B Electronic Invoicing, January 2019 (Doc ID 2409267.1), when is Oracle to release a solution?

It is almost end of July, after the vacations will move us to SEP-18, that is way too late to implement, develop and test .

Could we get a solution soon?
