Pick Selection List Generation - SRS: How does this kick off the Auto Ship Confirm Report and the In

From order management - shipping - release sales orders - Pick Selection List Generation - SRS 

I am wondering how does this kick off the Auto Ship Confirm Report and the Interface Trip Stop Report.  Sometimes this is working and other times it's not kicking off those jobs.  I am hoping to get more information on how these jobs are started, it doesnt seem to be in a request set that I can find.
