Can we delete employee login id(id_login) for employees who left/quit the organization? As in BO we

Can we delete employee login id(id_login) for employees who left/quit the organization? As in BO we do not have any option to delete the employee permanently. The possible way as such is inactive the employee so that none can login with that employee id.

Question is,

We can create Login ID's in BackOffice under Employee tab. We also have a Status field in which we can mark any employee id as Active or Inactive. But the query is if we would want to delete the Employee from database table, whether we would have to delete the entries from all the tables where ID_EM is acting as a
