while import facing fatal error

Hi,

While import data from 11g to 12c using TABLE_EXISTS_ACTION=TRUNCATE, facing fatal error

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [audbfr()+28] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x7F3001010129] [PC:0x8187FCC] [Address not mapped to object] []

ORA-00955: name is already used by an existing object

if i use replace it will working fine. can anyone explain, why its happening. Thanks Advance.!
