R1213: FA-Secondary Ledger is not available in Create Accounting - Assets Ledger Parameter

Hi Team,

Need a help, we have a requirement to process Tax Book Transactions to Respective Secondary Ledger, therefore i made all setups for Tax Book and Ledgers options we disable for Primary Ledger and enable for Secondary ledger.

when i run a Create Accounting - Program, in the ledger parameter i dont see the secondary ledger to choose, can anyone help me if i miss any thing.

Note: our primary and Secondary ledgers 4 Cs are same Chart Of Accounts, Currency, SLAM and Calendar.
