eRROR: Validation of package

Hi,

after install E1local and client success,   we face error on JDE client full package installation:

>>>>> E1OracleDatabase.doesDBInstanceExist

Cannot determine if the database instance E1Local exists. An inconsistent state of the database was found.

The DB listener service registry key HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\OracleE1LocalTNSListener DOES NOT EXIST.

The registry key HKLM\SOFTWARE\ORACLE\KEY_E1Local EXISTS.

The directory C:\app\orauser\product\12.1.0\E1Local DOES NOT EXIST.

(Either all of the above should exist or none of them should exist.)

Exit the installer and try to uninstall the database.  If that does not work, please contact your administrator to cleanly remove the database and then reinstall the database.
