New tables in 9.2 from 9.0

Hello,

We created data only plan to upgrade business data and control tables (E900 to E920) for production to test before actual go live, after workbench completed, we found that there are new tables in 9.2 not generated, some of them we discovered from enterprise server logs like (F0014D).Should these tables created by running work bench, or should we generate them through OMW? How to find the list of these new tables?
