Getting following message while trying to deploy SOAP Webservice based on custom PLSQL function.

Service Provider Access resulted in exception 'oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Application: FND, Message Name: IREP_NO_AUTH_SELECT.' when attempting to perform 'DEPLOY'. Please view Service Provider logs for more details.
