Fully inactive item

Dear Expert,

I want to mark an item as inactive. In this case, when an item is fully inactive, it can't used for all kind of item transfer, IA, create SO, PO, etc.

I've tried with stocking type obsolete. But this item still can be used in transfer, IA and create SO. What we need is fully inactive.
