hi all,

trying to start the repodb but encounter the error:

oracle:/export/home/oracle> srvctl add mgmtdb
oracle:/export/home/oracle> srvctl start mgmtdb
PRCR-1079 : Failed to start resource ora.mgmtdb
CRS-5017: The resource action "ora.mgmtdb start" encountered the following error:
ORA-01078: failure in processing system parameters
LRM-00109: could not open parameter file '/u01/oracle/12.1.0/grid/dbs/init-MGMTDB.ora'
. For details refer to "(:CLSN00107:)" in "/u01/grid/diag/crs/gis-s11-mmbsdb2/crs/trace/crsd_oraagent_oracle.trc".
