Routing shipments

Hello,

After upgrade from application release 9.0 to 9.2

some Routing Entries are not displayed even though nothing changed in the setup ,

we noticed that it display those that are defined for the same route code on the Load Header  , other routes that applied for the destination or state are not displayed  .

attached is a document with screen shoots for the case.

Is there any missing setup has to be reviewed on 9.2 or related to data conversion  ??
