Not able to do form personalization on form OKSAUDET.fmb

Hi All,

I was trying to perform personalization on form "OKSAUDET" for updating LOV of service contract page (Line location level) name field, but my personalization query is not updating the LOV values. Even there is no error message been raised.

Please provide any feasible solution or workaround.

Reason to do form personalization:

Need to add two column (Contact Email and Contact Address) in display of LOV values.
