Baseline Funding Without Budget checkbox for financial plans

Dear Experts,

We have few queries about  billing functionalities availability in project planning and control module

1) if we enable "Baseline Funding Without Budget" checkbox can it baseline 'Revenue only financial plan'? (either from fin plan name: Approved revenue budget (upgaded from from  level budget types setup) or from custom created revenue only fianancial plan name)? if yes, may I know what setups to ensure prior to baseline funding click in project planning > finnacial > funding sub tab please?

2) Do agreements for available in project planning module?

3) How about invoice review and revenue review and percent complete functionality in project planning module compared to forms?
