HFM web form member selector won't work

Hi all,

In the HFM web form, using the member selector function, it won't show the correct member hierarchy, (we specify the background POV for the forms). For example, there are 2 hierarchies, A and B, in the Entity dimension. When we select ONLY hierarchy A as the background POV, the web form also shows members from hierarchy B.

Any idea why it can't maintain exclusive hierarchies? Thank you.
