T&M Billing Line Type in Contract Billing 9.2

Hello,

We are interesting in trying to utilize a T&M billing line type in Contract billing.

We currently use Service Billing to do our TM billing.

QUESTION:  Do we need to have a WO master created in order to do TM billing thru contract Billing?

                      We currently have a JOB MASTER and a WO MASTER  created for Service Billing and want to try to eliminate one if we can ?
