Workflow - other field names in Account Fields and Workflow Action Edit

Hello,

does anyone know why when the field name is changed in Account Fields, the old name of this field remains when building a condition in Workflow Action (Field to update section)?

example:

Application Customization->Account->Account Field Setup->Name:Sale01Jan (old name "cSale01January")

Workflow Configuration->Workflow Rules->Workflow_name->Workflow Action Edit->section_Field to Update (value in Specify Expression "cSale01January" )

Why does the Workflow Action section still do not see the field name change ("cSale01January" to "Sale01Jan" ) when constructing the condition, but only uses the old name of this field "cSale01January"?
