Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Actual Cost Environment : Would circular inter-org transfers cause circular reference problem.

Example : Item transferred to Org A to B and back to ORG A. How do we resolve these circular references.
