Define Requisition - LIne Default

Hi,

Before logging an SR# with Oracle, can someone tell me if this looks like a bug or delivered functionality?

When changing the category on the "Define Reqs" page, and choosing any of the distribution change options below,  the underlying "Account" chartfield does not change.

The new category I switched to has a different "Account" attached to it,  but it never changes on the distribution line of the req. Thanks
