Using AR Customer Email to send them their AR Invoice, Dunning and Statments instead of mailing them
Dear Oracle AR Guru,
We are currently running our Oracle Receivables and other applications on EBS release 12.2.7.
We have a requirement now to send all our AR Customer documents such as Customer AR Invoices, Dunning Letters and Statements via their Email address and no more print them and send them
via US Postal Office. This way we can be more efficient with our customer correspondence processes.
1- Does Oracle Receivable application release 12.2.7 support this mentioned functionality?
2- Is there an Oracle document that we can obtain to follow Oracle instruction to achieve this capability?
3- Has anybody already implemented this capability? Can you please share your experience with us?
