RMAN Full backup

Hi All

I am running on 12.1.0.2 on Windows 2012 R2...

Commonly the backups are taken by Commvault tool directly to tape, we have the strategy of a L0 at the weekend and L1 the rest of the days.

My question is: If I take a manual full backup with RMAN (a full one not a L0) to a local drive, What happened with the relationship between the last L0 and the next L1.?  is it lost.?
