RCR Search Specification Issue

Hi Folks,

For achieve some business requirement we are creating RCR using 'Created date' in RCR's search specification. When I entered below value in RCR Search Spec I got below error and my workflow not even triggered.

When I query the same value in UI It was show the records.  how can I use Created Date in my search spec?

Search Spec:  " [Created] > '20/07/2018 00:00:00' And [OLA Flg] = 'Y' "

Error: SBL-OMS-00203: Error (null) invoking method "(null)" for Business Service "(null)"

Please help to resolve this issue..
