Anticipated freight charges

Hello,

Client has Transportation module enabled. Almost code current on E920.

Client wants to add an anticipated Taxable Freight line at SOE so that an acknowledgement is printed and sent to the customer showing anticipated Freight charges.

Order would go through the EONE process of load/shipment build, freight update et al. They would like to make sure the automatically added Freight line is replaced by actual transportation price of shipping before Invoicing with correct taxes.

Please suggest how this can be accomplished.

1) Either the Freight line at SOE needs to be cancelled and new Freight lines appended

2) Or the original Freight line on SOE is updated with the actual freight line charges.
