EBS Export Button Performance Issue

Hi Experts,

On EBS 12.1.3+ page, we have Export button to export some query to the Excel file. When the exported rows become large in volume, the export will fail on page with

Internal Server Error

I can't seem to find the guidelines for the Export records volume/size. Is there any doc/guidance on the Export button limit?
