Migrate from AIX database 11.2.0.2 to linux 11.2.0.4

I have Oracle EBS 12.1.3 with database 11.2.0.2 on AIX 6.1 , and intend to migation redhat linux 7/Oracle linux with 11.2.0.4.

Below is our target migration version .

Oracle Databse 11.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.4

Platform: AIX 6.1 to redhat 7

Databse size 600G

RAC: 2 node

Gird infra : 11.2.0.2 to Please advise a version .

I want to explore  different options for Migration .

Option A

1. Migrate from AIX 11.2.0.2 to linux Linux 11.2.0.2

2. In lunix , upgrade database from 11.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.4

This way os more preference : Production database have less impact .

I ) How do restore from AIX big  Endian to linux little  Endian ?

Option B

1. In AIX , upgrade 11.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.4

2. Migrate 11.2.0.4 from AIX to Linux to 11.2.0.4 

Can anyone share your optionion ?
