IP 18 - Turn off transaction logging - no more remote database

Hi All,

Just passing along the tip to disable remote transaction logging in your dev database.  There is no longer a local database so you don't need this setting.  This will also speed up your full publish times.

Also a good idea to truncate s_dock_txn_log and ..._set child table to save space.
