Broadcast Message to Users in Smartview

Hi All,

Has anyone successfully configured a utility to broadcast a message to users in Smartview similar to the Planning utility BroadCastMessage.cmd?

95% of our users work in Smartview, and we would like to broadcast to them in that system, as a message within the frontend Workspace interface would go unnoticed.

Our users are on 11.1.2.5.800 if it helps. (On-premise 11.1.2.4)
