Schedule Concurrent Program to run every alternate Fridays with the exception of Weekends and Holida

Hello,

We need to Schedule a Concurrent Program to run every alternate Fridays with the exception of Weekends and Holidays. So suppose a Friday is a company holiday it should run the next business day which is Monday. Is this possible?
