Chaotic stock keeping in WArehouse

Dear All

We have a requirement from Europe Customer. Please find the scenario below

The system must evaluate ALL items (packed or unpacked) which the user selected for put away and pre-select the best fitting stock locator. This pre-selection is important for the following logic, which the system must support:

- The system must find the heaviest item of all the selected items for put away (item with the most weight).

- For this heaviest item the system must find the best fitting stock locator which is MOST NEARBY the current Drop Off Point of the user. System should validate below Criteria(s):-1. fixed Item 2. already stored item 3. stored in exclusive BIN 4.Check serial/LOT Number. If the location is found ,Can that  location contains enough volume to store it completely?.
