Is there a way to stop data from being entered into table PJI_FP_XBS_ACCUM_F ?

We are not using Project Management dashboards or Project Intelligence and would like to keep this table from growing.  When baselinning, process(es) are automatically ran to update this table.  Can these be turned off?
