Hello Experts - We are experiencing frequent cluster crash on 2-nodes RAC cluster due to following error on ASM disk. INFRA team has gone through to all best practices but still unable to resolve the issue. Any feedback to look into specific config to resolve the issue would be really helpful. CRS restart would see the disk in question but it looks like one or other node is unable to access the required disk at the time of crash.
