Cannot log into Activconsole.exe

Dear Expert,

When i went into Deployment server and try to log in to Solution Explorer (Activconsole), the application ask for E1Local Username and password.

Normally this will happen when the security server = "" so i check

1. JDE.INI

2. JDE.log

3. I also test the JDE log in to the E1Local, can log in with correct password and i type in the JDEE1 Login screen.

4. Check on the folder rights

Need you advice, how to resolve this issues.
