Despite modifying metric threshold, we still receive alerts

OEM 13c

To check the availability of some of our applications, I've defined generic services (system test). Basically i'm connecting to the login page to be sure the web server is up.

Definition went well but sometimes we receiving alerts about the services because of the metric: [HTTP Transaction] Perceived Time per Page (ms)

I suppose that we got this metric automatically because of the nature of the target created. As we don't care about performance, i've adjusted the threshold for these services to avoid to receive alerts. Everything went fine but despite the new threshold value, we keep receiving alerts.
