How to avoid notification for top supervisor in OPM

Hello,

How to avoid notification for top supervisor in OPM. I published plan as per supervisor hierarchy and top supervisor is our CEO. 5 peoples are reporting to CEO. I'm looking for the solution, how to avoid notification not to go to CEO.

CEO  <-------- 5 Sr. Managers    <----------  10 Managers 

When Sr. Manager approved the appraisal it goes to one level above for final approval. how to avoid notification not to go to CEO. One of the solutions is AME customization, the other I may try to route workflow to some other person by configuring workflow routing. Is there any other option available?
