Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I found doc 2311356.2 which indicates

Each PeopleSoft application will deliver the new "classic plus" style enabled for most components starting in the following update images:

PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.026
PeopleSoft CRM 9.2 - early 2018
PeopleSoft ERM 9.2 - early 2018
PeopleSoft IH 9.1 - Fall 2017
