Installing Patch 27674384 - Database Apr 2018 Release Update 12.2.0.1.180417

Dear All,

I am trying to install the above patch on oracle 12cR2 in a RAC environment. I noticed that there is no corresponding GI Patch in the download.

Please, is there any corresponding GI Patch that i need to install to the Grid Infrastructure Home. Also, is there any document to install this Patch on RAC as installation on RAC was not referenced in the Read ME of the file.
