DOES OEM 12C REPOSITORY VIEWS HAVE PRIMARY AND STANDBY LAST LOG APPLIED

We are using oracle oem 12.1.0.5.0 and our env is like this.  we run oracle 12c and oracle 11g databases on many Windows servers (windows server 2008 r2 and 2012 r2) and have 600 plus databases.

we have roughly 30 primary Data Guard instances each having 2 physical standby databases.    I need a way to quickly know if all my primary and standby databases are in sync with each other.  and I don't want to log into each db to figure this out.  I am hoping oem 12c repository views would have the information I need or maybe there is a way I can generate this metric data.  its obvious that oem has the information because I can go to the data guard administration screen and see the primary db latest log seq and I can
