Help needed in new legal entity setup

Hello All,

Currently a process manufacturing client has 2 legal entities - U and C. They have acquired another company and want to setup a new legal entity T. In 2 to 3 years they think they will merge all operations under T into U. And they want to setup 5 new inventory organizations under existing LE U even though all the transactions for these new orgs will be reported under the new LE T. They are planning to have new item categories especially for this new LE items and use these item categories to derive the LE in the SLA rules.
