In RSS if my requisition is rejected can I update the requisition and re-submit it for approval?

I have entered a requisition and submitted it for approval. The approver has rejected it because the supplier was incorrect and the quantity was in error. I have corrected both a submitted it again for approval. When the approver goes in to approve the requisition it still has Rejected status.
