Is it possible to automatically publish non-FSG EOP reports using Oracle Report Manager?

We have a Trial Balance report that we would like to publish via Oracle Report Manager.  So far we can publish this report but not in an automated manner.  We would like to run a job that runs the report and publishes it without user intervention.
