OTM GPS shipment tracking

I see in the release notes for 6.4.1 (2014) that GPS tracking was introduced/available.

Can you please advise if this is being used by clients, as we have 2 prospects that are requesting this.  These prospects are also requesting a method of communication with the driver.

These are for 'owned trucks' that perform local deliveries.  They wish to track these trucks during the delivery so they can advise customers of ETA (which may be impacted due to current traffic situations) and hence why they wish to be able to communicate with the driver regarding the traffic situations.

We are trying to understand if the GPS tracking capability and any other communication means can be included in our demonstrations to these prospects.
