Oracle License AIX LPAR uncapped

Hi,

As per "Oracle Partitioning Policy" the IBM LPAR is considered as Hardware partitioning ,Does it applicable for LPAR Capped and Uncapped.

For IBM Uncapped LPAR do we need to consider the license for entire Server or is it same like LPAR capped.
