Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Payables and Cash Management - EBS (MOSC)

Ledger currency is USD but looking for the exchange for other ledger currency

We have two ledgers i.e. A ledger with OMR functional and B ledger with USD functional currency.

We are getting the below error message in B ledger for AP invoice with EUR currency despite exchange rate exist for EUR to USD.

Kindly guide us why the system is looking for the conversion from EUR to OMR?

Please note that we don't have any issue with the invoice validation.
