Restrict access to folders created in BI catalog

I have craeted the folder with the property set as "Read Only"

Permission on the folder is "Bi Consumer -- Open -- Read Traverse". It means only read and traverse permissions are enabled for the folder. but still i am able to delete this folder.

How can i restrict the permission so that user wont be able to delete this folder.
