AIS FormService returning same request after 10 mins (P4113)

Hello,

We are facing an issue in JDE 9.2 TR 9.2.2.2, whenever I send AIS FormService request to P4113 (Inventory Transfer) it took around 10 mins to respond and return the same data.

P4113 is working fine from JAS Server and transferring the inventory properly. kindly suggest what could be the reason and to resolve it.
