How to change the BI Publisher link in OEM 13c console to use the SSL port?

We're running OEM 13.2 with third-party SSL certificates including OMS, WebLogic, & BI Publisher.  However, when I click on the BI Publisher link in the OEM Console, it goes to the non-SSL port.  How do i change it to use the SSL port?
