how pass login username to forms URL from sharepoint

Hi Guys,

we have oracle forms 12.2.1.3;

We using WEBUTIL_CLIENTINFO.GET_USER_NAME identified login user for internal users; we want setup URL in sharepoint (where we have 2 ways authentication) pass login username;  Is it possible? what parameter name?
