PBCS Data Management replicated records

I am on PBCS.

My Data Management is configured to interface with Fusion GL.

When I ran my Load Rule, data is staged and validated BUT many of the records are replicated. All of the records are replicated 9 times.

I have gone through all the settings in source system (where I believe is the cause) but I cannot see where it could be wrong.

I also checked the Data Mapping table and looks like they mapped correctly.

Any ideas?
