Solaris Cluster 4.3 & Oracle RAC interconnect network heartbeats

Hi,

We have an environment consisting of two SPARC T8-2 servers and each server is installed with two dual port Ethernet and FC HBA adapters.

I have created a root domain in addition to the existing control domain and each domain owns one dual port Ethernet adapter. I will be creating LDOMs and Zones in LDOMs and Solaris Cluster software will be running in one LDOM on the first SPARC T8-2 server which with its peer running in another LDOM on the second SPARC T8-2 server. Similarly, Oracle RAC software will be running in Solaris Zones within LDOMs with RAC nodes distributed between servers. Solaris Cluster will not be configured with Agent for Oracle RAC.
