The client is having the same issues presented in the BUG:14682431 - TRANSACTION CANNOT BE COMMITTED ERROR WHEN TRYING TO INSERT F3462 in 9.2

This bug appears to be an ESU that was applied to 9.1 as a fix, is there is a fix for 9.2?
