Problem With Update Build

Hi,

This issue is related to xstore v16. I have created one Install build and seems working fine during installation, after that I have created one update build but during installation it having some problem as below, same update build installed on laptop without any issue, issue only occurred when we installed this build on Register. Please advise.

create-local-databases:

     [echo] Applying SQL file C:\Users\Xstore\AppData\Local\Temp\antinstall1\resources\db\mssql-unicode\local\db-update.sql to database xstore.

     [java] loading jar:file:/C:/xstore/lib/gss-config.jar!/log4j2.xml

     [java] Exception in thread "main" java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Illegal base64 character 20
